Scheibye Trading is one of the largest IT and electronics recycling company in the UAE and Middle East. For more than 15 years, we have helped all types of companies meet their electronics recycling needs, regardless of the scale of their requirements. Today, we are one of the biggest IT, mobile phone, and electronic recyclers in the Middle East.
Scheibye started its operation in 2003 and opened its very first facility in Dubai, UAE. We have a 600 SQM facility designed to treat and recycle all types of electronic products as per the best environmental standards with ZERO landfill policy.

HOW WE RECYCLE
We understand how important it is to recycle used electronics in accordance with the current environmental standards. Therefore, we follow a very strict set of protocols when it comes to recycling electronic and IT equipment as well as mobile devices.
All materials that arrive at our facility go through a 2-step process:
1) Products/materials are received and go through the sorting process.
During this stage, we determine whether the materials can be reused, or if they require to be recycled directly. All products/materials that can be repaired go directly to our service centre, where they are tested thoroughly before they are sold to second-hand markets.
2) Materials that cannot be reused are recycled.
In our facility, all these products are broken down into raw components, such as metals, plastics, wires, hard disks, boards etc. and sent on for further processing.
Our warehouse covers 600SQM and has all the modern machinery and equipment that ensures safe processing and recycling of all types of electronic goods. We understand that safety and security have always been the most important aspect of the recycling trade.
